“We had a good experience at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food - both a selected dinner and the breakfast buffet - met our expectations. It was a short stay, but the quality of the hotel helped with our transition from Kenya to Rwanda.”

“Urban by CityBlue in Kigali was a great stay! It is centrally located in a very walkable and safe area of Kigali. It is in close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as close enough to the downtown area to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet. Yet, it also has its own excellent restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff was excellent and extremely responsive. The room was cleaned exquisitely each day, the water was powerful and hot, room service prompt,……
