“I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is super pleasant and attentive, while giving guests their space, which I find important. The food is totally fantastic! (Naan bread must be tried). My room was spotless clean. Sound isolation from outside noise not optimal, but got used to it after the first night. WiFi was problematic, many dropouts, this should be fixed. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and that is a major plus as Kigali tends to have traffic jams. Recommended!”

“Would have got 5 stars but staff were rude when we left. Stayed for over a week and no goodbye from them. Also wanted to extend our stay by two days but they refused as said it was booked up. This was mid week (Tues and Weds night) and there were still rooms available on the website, so we left confused after having a nice time other than this”

Se relaxer tranquillement après une journée chargée est un réel plaisir, avec un personnel aux petits soins, comme le patron William, d'ailleurs. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour organiser les transports ou des activités.”
