“We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!”

Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority……
