“The historic stone cottage was a wonderful choice for our stay in Winesburg, OH. The renovation of this vintage home from 1834 was done with incredible care and thought. The furnishings and mattresses were very comfortable. We didn't use the sofa beds, but the sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch at the end of the day. Thank you, Emily for stocking the coffee pod holder and the washing machine soap basket. “Pictures do not do this cabin justice! So clean, plenty of kitchen and grill supplies. Extra coffee, TP, paper towels, you name it. We were so pleasantly surprised. The property is beautiful, quiet and remote. Everything was perfect for our group. Cornhole, and ping pong included. Nothing to improve in my opinion, it was the perfect weekend. “Check-in was very easy as Owner shared entry code. While small, the kitchen was well appointed including some basic items (olive oil spray, salt/pepper, a couple other seasonings). Check out was a breeze--only instruction was to have dishes washed and put away. Location was great for our needs. Rural. No road noise. Totally enjoyed sitting on the desk and watching several bird species feasting on dogwood berries! It was a lovely place and we hope to return.”

“Our stay was wonderful! We arrived to no electric not only at property but to the entire town of Sugar Creek! However, the host managed to get the property SPIC AND SPAN for our arrival!! Great home, kbeds and pillowes were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and all the ammenities as listed on Vrbo. Host was very responsive and prompt to reply. We had a delightful time THANK YOU!!! ”

“We had a great stay! The beds were super comfortable, as were the two couches, and the space was just the right size for us. We did run into a minor issue with the hot tub, but I reached out to Whitney and she resolved it quickly and we were still able to enjoy it that same night.The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower with both a standard shower head and a rainhead, which was a nice touch. “We came out for the eclipse and it was a nice quiet accommodation for us and our friends. The kids really enjoyed all the animals and sitting on the back porch. Lots of space. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.”

“Overall great. Everything needed was there. I will say the hot tub had a bit of "ring around the tub" towards the back. I just used some paper towels to wipe it. Not a real issue at all. Would stay again. ”
