“This stay was amazing! The owner checked us in and was very helpful in showing us our apartment, helping us carry luggage and the extras of having printed information for nearby villages, etc. The property was so relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. “This is a lovely hotel with really friendly staff who made us very welcome during our stay. It is an older building, which has its pros and cons - quirky and full of character, though the bathroom area in our room was on the small side. The location is lovely, very close to the waterfront with good views, but the town and its amenities are on the other side of quite a long bridge. Would recommend overall.”

“Our hosts were delightful. The breakfast was delicious and the fresh fruit was a wonderful addition to the morning. The property was lovely and their dog, Remy, greeted us warmly upon our arrival. It was perfect after a day of driving along the Golden Coast. I would highly recommend!”

“The Strand Inn was a great place to stay in Dunmore East. Sitting right on the beach, the property had a beautiful patio and dining area overlooking the water. The rooms weren’t very big but the bed was super comfortable and if you had a waterfront room than you were able to listen to the waves crash as you slept. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Wonderful B&B! Room was comfortable. Breakfast yummy and several options. The ferry to Waterford is worth it!! Really convenient if you’re headed that direction. This whole B&B is DEFINITELY worth the money. ”
