“Check in was chaos due to staff shortages. Some people booking were waiting hours after check in time for their caravan to be available. Caravan beds were awful. Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. Left a day early as had enough.”

“Lovely 1st floor flat, very close to the beach with easy beach access which was what we wanted. The flat is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were very happy there was a large fan keeping us cool as it was a hot week! The beds are nice and comfortable, bathroom is large and modern, living room has digital tv and wifi. The host was easy to communicate with and left lots of DVD's to watch if we wanted. We appreciated the welcome package of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and chocolate!……

“We had a fantastic stay! Paul’s property is fresh and modern and beautifully maintained. Paul is an outstanding host, very responsive, welcoming, kind and helpful, especially in response to my questions re disability access. We loved how private the property location was and the beautiful view from the terrace! The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.
