“Great welcome, lovely dog friendly old pub with large garden. Our rooms were large and comfortable with excellent beds, tea making facilities, good WIFI and everything we needed. Dinner was excellent with everything we ordered being very tasty. All the staff were lovely and friendly too. Brilliant draught cider selection of Thatchers Gold, Sheppy's and Exmoor brewery cider. “Exceeded expectations. Good, clean room, decent shower, nice people, good breakfast included, parking over the road free overnight, decent pint in the pub. Booked at really short notice as the usual budget hotels were either full or charging decidedly non budget prices. This turned out to be a much better alternative, will stay again.”

“The family rooms more like an apartment were excellent. Everything you needed in the room including dvds for the kids. The host was brilliant and locals in the bar were welcoming. The location and setting lovely. Would recommend to stopping here”
