“Hotel staff very pleasant, my complaint would be I woke at 2.30 cold in bed as did wife, and did not sleep well due to being cold, this needs to be addressed, rads off of course and that is expected what with the cost of fuel. The hotel needs to supply more blankets because the duvets and blanket supplied are inadequate especially for elderly people. The mattresses also were extremely soft as if they were worn out and need replacing. Did I complain, on the way out.”
