“I requested a ground or first floor room as I have mobility problems. They emailed me and said they had a ground floor room, but it was an upgrade from what I had booked, therefore I needed to pay another £20.00 per night. I think this was absorbitant, as it didn’t look like the hotel was fully booked. Surely they accommodate disabled people all the time, or is it just a way of getting extra money. The site I booked through didn’t give me the option to say I was disabled, so I think these……

“I had a lovely stay at the Hood Arms with my dog Anya. It was very convienient for Cannington College where I was attending a course with my dog. Lovely food and very comfortable stay.”

Although we had a lovely Valentine meal, we were in the public bar, next to the bar which was a bit noisy, table in the restaurant would have been preferred for a bit more privacy. “It was our second stay at Combe House and we really enjoyed it with a beautiful room and a lovely staff. As well , this hotel is so ideal to explore the Quantok Hills and you don't even need your car to walk around.😊 ”
