“You don’t come here for a 5 star hotel experience- you will stay in a manyatta - a small free-standing hut in the midst of a garden. some beetles will share tge room with you, don’t worry, it’s nature. a simple bed, one old but clean towel, a bed with sheet, ask for a second towel, make sure that there are moskito nets. the five star experience was opening the door in the morning and looking at mt kilimancharo in the morning sun. they serve a simple breakfast and dinner for some extra shilling,……

“The Soap lodge is located just outside Amboseli National Park. It is an absolutely beautiful sanctuary with luxurious rooms, wonderful staff, awesome cultural experiences and delicious food. The staff bent over backwards to provide excellent service and were exceptionally friendly and fun. We absolutely LOVED our stay there! ”

“It was very quiet.”

“Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. Even the small pack lunches with half a sandwich and an apple. The staff then lied and……

“This is a very nice hotel resort. The tent is in good condition and spacious. Security is good especially it is in fact a tented accommodation. You feel so secure within the camp. It was so nice to sit outside the tent (they provide sofa chair outside the tent which is so considerate). Looking at the sky and hearing the natural sound at night was really a great experience especially for visitors from cities like us. The only setback is the hot water. “有一个惊人景色的草坪，进门的大堂也不俗，泳池也美，但是基本没有机会游泳，因为整天白天都出去看动物了。服务好，但不是发自内心的微笑，有两个马赛人穿着传统的服装，我合完影，然后挤眉弄眼的轻声要小费，瞬间让酒店高达上的形象没了。房间老式的，窗美，但是其它设施太过老旧。和公园门口的帐篷酒店的舒适度没法比，如果下次我还来玩，一定全程住公园门口的帐篷酒店”
