“We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but……

“The home was what we needed for our group of 7 guys golfing around Birmingham for a few days. Communication was very prompt and Clint was responsive to keypad code issue and other questions. Only issue was the inconsistent wifi that never got truly figured out, but the owners did send someone out to try for a fix”

“We didn't actually stay here because the host never responded to more than 2 weeks of communication by my and Vrbo.I reached out to extend the stay a day. No response for 5 straight days of messages. Vrbo emailed and called them multiple times with no response. I followed up with calls, messages, and even finding them on LinkedIn.Still no response, even after the trip date came and went. 0/10, do not recommend as this host is approving trips but is utterly non-responsive. ”
