“We rented the space for Spring Break and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space for everyone and it was well equipped with everything you would need in a home. The only negative is my husband wasn’t able to work due to no internet. However the owner explained that the internet should be installed within the next month. We would definitely rent again in the future!”

“We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the cottage on Smith Lake. The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked to meet our needs. Our teenagers enjoyed the downstairs room and living area. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace on the main floor and sitting on the screened-in porch drinking coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy swimming and boating on the lake! ”

“The house was perfect for our needs, from location to the house design. Check in was different from any other house I’ve rented on VRBO, requiring a phone call with the owner, instead of communication through email or text. It was a challenging dynamic to receive important information (like the lockbox code and specific house instructions) verbally. It felt like it would have been less stressful on both parties if communication was more automated. ”

“Needed a clean place to stay for college graduation and it was perfect for our needs. Had a few things that needed immediate attention, but Judith sent someone out immediately. It is located in an older neighborhood, which is rough around the edges.However, we felt safe and did not have any problems. We are veteran VRBO users and researched the property thoroughly & read the reviews. The only con is that the property is described & filtered as a 2-bath house but really is a bath & a half. There……

“This is a lovely home. It is spacious and airy and the deck is wonderful. But it is not user friendly for older folks to get to the dock. And any one who has a mobility issue would not want to attempt it. The trees have grown up and block the view of the lake. There are plenty of seating options and the king size beds are very comfortable. ”
