“When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz.”

The appartment was well furnished but unfortunately isn't possible to cook even there's a kitchen (no hob or oven only microwave). The team needs to be a bit more welcome and friendly. “Lugar não atende, ao meu ver, o standard da Hoteis.com! Manutenção zero!! Tudo quebrado! O espelho do banheiro onde fiquei estava quebrado, saiu da parede, estava no chão, sem falar da situação do chuveiro e portas do “box”! Quando chegamos havia chovido e tinha água dentro do quarto, a moça que nos recebeu teve que usar rodo para tirar a agua… roupas de cama sujas, tv no quarto, porém não funciona porque não tem tomada, aliás tem apenas uma tomada no quarto que é usada para o repelente……
