“Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Takes a couple of minutes for the shower to get hot but it does work and is HOT. It’s like stepping into 1991 decor-wise which was excellent. Nice having outdoor access I’ll be staying here again ”

“Been traveling a good deal since Covid and this was our best stay yet! Could not have been happier. The suite was so well appointed with every convenience you could desire. From the beautiful antique period furniture, artwork, well stocked kitchenette, architecture, cleanliness and on and on. If you’re coming to Albany be confident choosing the Morgan State House!”

“The perfect summer mountain lodge getaway! We loved the thoughtful and creative design details of the hotel and rooms, and the amenities were so thoughtful- a great large pool to lounge by, a sauna with epic Mountain View’s, fire pits throughout the property + a pretty great continental breakfast, and stellar bar and dinner menu- all at the base of Catamount (definitely recommend the mile long epic zip line right across from the Lodge. Staff could not be more welcoming and we loved small touches……

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……
