“Darrel reached out several days in advanced. Driveway to get back to apartment is a little tighter then I like but very doable. The place was a very pleasant surprise. More roomier then pictures appeared. Beds are firm. Close to everything in the historic downtown area. Would recommend this place.”

“Location was perfect for our needs-were able to easily walk to all 'Mayberry' attractions. Amenities were plenty, unit was extremely clean, two bed/two bath was a plus. Very quite. Parking was fine but finding it was difficult and it is in the back alley of several stores/restaurants. Highly recommend and would return.”

“This was a nice little one bedroom in a perfect location in Downtown Winston Salem. Jeff, the manager was extremely good at communicating with us all of the time. Parking was great! We felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to easily adjust the temperature in the place. I would’ve liked a hot shower instead of a luke warm one but if that’s the only thing we were wanting then I call it a big win!”

“Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly……

“I really loved the location of this property. The house had a nice outdoor patio set to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice. Would have liked a wine opener and wine glasses and few more plates and bowls but it was fine for just myself. The sofa and desk chair in the living room could use a nice steam clean , but overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.”
