“This little condo had everything I needed to enjoy my first trip to Richmond. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, great a/c. I enjoyed the wine and the water and coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. I am coming back to the show next year and will book at the Eileen. Parking was never an issue, so don’t worry about venturing out. In walking distance of great restaurants and some interesting historical sites.”

“Overall a great place. Parking was not great, half of the spaces are currently not available due to construction and the shortest walk to the parking lot was through a filthy alley. Place was clean and bed very comfy. Close to VCU, FAN district and convention center but neighborhood is a little run down with many closed stores and restaurants. No issues with door lock code etc. Only window was into the atrium and had blinds but the 2 glass brick openings had none so a lot of light coming in……

The pleasant weather allowed us to indulge in relaxing poolside activities, such as lounging, playing games, and floating in the pool. The property's amenities, including a well-appointed kitchenette with a stocked Keurig coffee bar, enabled us to effortlessly prepare breakfast and lunch. For dinner, we found great options in Tappahannock, Esther was very responsive to answer any……

“Great property, as described! Clean, and appeared to be a good neighborhood. I felt safe staying by myself. April was very prompt in her response when I messaged for the internet information. Was in town for school, the internet was accessible and worked just fine I had my laptop and netflix account on the tv all from wifi. Super cute backyard and pond area. Close to a walmart, gas station and Chick-fil-A. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!!!!”
