Nice beachfront property with great balcony ocean view on 2nd floor, comfortable beds, very quiet area of the Villas by the Sea condo complex/resort (which has a terrific restaurant ‘Jekyll and Tide’ less than a 5 minute walk from the complex). And this unit is a short 10-15 minute walk to the famous Driftwood Beach which was awesome. Tommy was very responsive to the few questions that I had.”

“This was our second stay at this condo on Amelia Island. It was an excellent repeat stay. Johanna is a wonderful host with great communication and a clean and well stocked unit. The location can’t be beat with a perfect view and easy access to the clean and quiet beach and clean and quiet pool. We look forward to another stay next year!”

“What an awesome little place to stay . It is right next to the beach , playground , with a pool nearby , and a nice dinner place . The place itself was clean and had all the accommodations. Only issue was there were some things that weren’t working but when we communicated the issue the owners got maintenance in there right away and fixed it . We also had a sick baby and lost track of time so we didn’t leave until a little later than we were supposed to , which the owners were very understanding……
