“We really enjoyed the fenced in deck with a view of the ocean. We didn't have to worry about our 7lb chihuahua while we were outside on the deck and easy outside access to walk our dog from the ground floor. Access to the beach was next to the property. We ended spending a fair amount of time enjoying the deck, and would rent an umbrella for the table on the deck next time for some shade. ”

“Beautiful 4 bedroom condo! Extremely clean!Very helpful to have extra parking pass to park at next door condo property. It can be a little tricky backing out cars on the main road. Only issue to address kitchen needs a tea kettle, zester, outlets by stove are not working nor is an outlet in master bathroom. 2 of the beds “ “squeaked” ever time you turned, according to family members. All fixable items. Would definitely return!!”

“Overall the place was nice and location could not be better. Short walk to beach and short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach. What a cool little town! Highly recommend!!! We will be back. There are lots of stairs and hard surfaces so a bit challenging for those just starting to walk. We ending up buying 3 baby gates to secure the stairs. “We had an amazing two day stay in Amelia Island. The property was just as described and there was plenty of room to both be together and spread out while inside. The sunrise on the patio was beautiful! Very short walk down the dock to the beach. Lots of shells, but not lots of people. ”

“We are so happy to have stumbled upon this property! As dog owners, we cherish times spent with our pup and our forever grateful for places that allow us to bring him. we were in studio unit number 18. The air conditioner was cold, was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside while sleeping. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants, as well as a smooth contact free check-in process made it even better. We will definitely be back!”

“This property was a 10/10, we are hoping to return to it again next year. The host was a great communicator and made our check-in/out seamless. The location was an easy walk to the beach and the house had everything you could ever want or need while on vacation. “We had an amazing week on Jekyll Island! The house is exactly as described, but better! We enjoyed the back patio and the grill, out puppy enjoyed hanging out in the fenced backyard, and I really appreciated the Tupperware. We cook a lot on our vacation and having storage for leftovers was a game changer. The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. We saw deer in the neighborhood pretty much everyday. We loved it and we will be back!”
