“Be aware that they are currently under construction for some common areas (eg., front desk). Our room was beautiful and clean. ”

“The Smith hotel is our favourite in Kingston. Easy to get to restaurants and the main strip but the best are the rooms. Beautiful, super clean with everything you might need. We love the record player and that each room is unique. Can’t wait to try a different room next time. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's a completely new hotel inside. The room was large, spacious and beautifully decorated. There are great hotels in the area, but I know this was the best decision after spending that night here. Chloe at the front desk was very pleasant and made the check-in go as smoothly as possible. My only concern was the weather-stripping on the hotel room door. They went for a seamless transition from hallway to room, but I felt there should be more sealing on……

“We had a very nice comfortable stay. The location of this hotel is perfect. Close enough to the city to have lots of Dining and shopping options, but fall enough to still have a quiet environment around the hotel. This hotel was very clean, and well kept. Would come again!”
