“新开的酒店，据说还不足三个月，果然入住以后有一股装修还没散尽的气味，健身房不算大味道特别重。旁边橄榄球俱乐部里吃的东西很不错，可惜网络总是有问题吧，总体来说还算不错。”

“Room was not cleaned up which was discovered by the house keeping team. Needed to call the front desk to get new towels and pillow cases ”

“寬敞舒適，廚房設備齊全！因為我已第二次入住，每次都超過兩星期，唯一不足的就是要住足七天才清潔房間一次，其餘只是提供express service !”

“Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you. We would happily return. ”

“this is the second time i stay there. it is a good hotel. i stay in the same room, but i found the price becoming much more expensive. not fair to a client who returns to do business with your hotel.”

“Good customer service , need to improve the sound prevention or isolation between rooms. No free wi fi provided. The bathing or washing lotion not refilled daily. Next to Mc donald is much more convienence. The location is too far away from the railway station, need to take taxi or bus to railway. No shuttle bus provided.”

“The hotel is quite close to a large shopping mall, where you can get everything you need. It is not far away from the train station. The room is clean. The bathroom and TV are large.The room also has cooking utensils. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Definitely will book it again when I visit Sydney again.”

“非常好之酒店，員工態度極好。網寫0800先有職員在接待處，因要趕行程，我0700左右離去時，職員已在，另外房間比一預期中大及整潔，只是地點合適自駕遊。有機會會再嚟。”
