“Affordable, clean, updated, and they had a waffle maker in the continental breakfast! We got in late due to traffic and weather- about 10:30 at night, and they were there and understanding. Only small downsides- we only had 3 sets of towels for a family of 4- and the heating system was confusing. But overall, we were very comfortable there, stayed warm, had full bellies the next day, and will stay again. ”

It was perfect for all twelve of us! “We had a wonderful time staying along the beautiful Kennebec River. Chris was very punctual with his thoughtful responses to my questions before and during our stay. If you're thinking about visiting in the winter, my only recommendation would be to come with good winter tires or AWD/4WD. The drive is fairly steep and although very well maintained by the plowing contractor, it is tricky when covered in 6". Gorgeous area, we will be back!”
