“We had a wonderful stay with our 4 kids and 2 adults. We had more than enough room. The house is extremely well-stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen, as well as plenty of games, paddle boards, pickle ball and ping pong equipment. Even though the water conditions were poor the week we went given recent floods, we had plenty to do. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and we spent lots of time on the pickleball courts and playing ping pong. Our teen boys also loved the……

“Was very nice! We did think one bunk bed with double mattress was rather wobbly, and the owners said they would check into it right away and correct it.They were very prompt in responding to any questions I had. I hope they did OK during this horrible flooding!”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Sunset Escape I! Breathtaking views of the lake and scenery across from the house was so relaxing! Plenty of room for everyone! Every amenity we could think of was provided: from toiletries, to fully appointed kitchen with all the utensils, cookware and bakeware you could need! The outdoor amenities were awesome as well: the kayaks, lilypad and outdoor grill. Great boat & jet ski lifts! So easy to get to and the private neighborhood boat ramp is just a few houses……

“Th property was well suited and nicely appointed for our 3 generation family ages 70 down to 9!The kitchen is super well stocked with top of the line (Hexclad) pots and pans and a duo brew Keurig coffee pot. Do note that our 83 year old struggled with the stairs and the property isn’t set up with grab handles in the bathrooms … which I honestly hadn’t thought of when booking!”

“Had plenty of room for the 25 of us that stayed. Was worried about the bunk beds not being large enough for couples but they were just as big as the listing said! Absolutely will come back. ”

“We loved our stay!! This home is in such a lovely and quiet neighborhood on an inlet of the Colorado River. Our boys loved fishing right off the backyard and kayaking every evening out to the river. They also loved the putting green and game room! The house was lovely, and the property manager was quick to communicate, helpful, and kind. Our family rented a boat two of the days from a local marina to enjoy Lake LBJ and other water activities. We loved our stay.”
