“The bed in the main room is terrible. Might as well sleep on a box spring. 1 out of 10 for comfort on the matress alone. Curtains did not go to the top of the window and the light blazed right in when the day light started. The location was great and it was clean, nicely decorated.”

“The description is on point, and more than satisfied our needs for our stay. Since we come to the area often, we'll most likely be booking this listing again. Love the pet friendliness of the place. It is modernized but I loved the old family homestead feel you can see and hear throughout the house. Every place we needed to go was within a 5 to 10 minute drive.”

“The property is absolutely beautiful!! The hobbit house is definitely the coolest place I’ve ever stayed! Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Beds comfy, house was very cozy and unique! Make sure to sign the journal and look for the treasure box and ring!”

“As my title says.... the pictures dont do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has every pot, pan, and cooking utensil a guy could ask for. The bed is quality. The only thing that I believe is missing, is a couch. There is a chair and a loveseat.It would be nice to lay on a couch and watch TV.”
