“The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We had a great stay at the August Apartment. Nichole was a wonderful host and was so quick to respond to any questions we had (and even answered most before we would have even thought to ask). The apartment was cozy and clean and was perfect for what my family wanted to do. It was such a calm 12 minute drive to Mystic Aquarium without needing I-95 and 14 minutes to Misquamicut. “My family and I were staying in Rhode Island for a long weekend. We were visiting family and local beaches/restaurants. We stayed at this beautiful property, which was down the block from a park. "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
