“Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time.”

“The property was as good as all the other reviews state. We had a great time. Beautiful sunsets, quiet, plenty of room. Highly recommend unless you want to be close to lots of things to do which we didn't care about. Don't bother bringing spices. When they say basic spices they mean all the normal ones you could want. “We adored this pet-friendly cottage that is right on the water of the Potomac. It is very nicely decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the internet was fast and the TVs were all smart TVs with plenty of streaming options. The island was very peaceful and quiet and the cottage is conveniently located within a reasonable walk of the marina, restaurant and store.
