“Stay was very enjoyable. Close proximity to the beach, but does require crossing a main road. Home was very clean. Two minor inconveniences but did not impact overall trip. One could’ve been user error. Could not get outlets to work in one of the rooms and the second was a light bulb went out in a bathroom which we swapped with another extra bulb in a different room. ”

“What an incredible week we had at Bayview Cottage! The cottage was clean and it had had plenty of room for our family. The outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, was a wonderful idea! The owner was quick to answer any questions I had as we prepared for our vacation. The sunporch was a great place for morning coffee.Last, but not least, the view can't be beat! “The cottage was nice, quiet and well equipped. We would actually love to stay there again. The only issues we had were the horrible infestation with fruit flies that the owner let us know about on the way there so we really could not prepare for, they did say they would send someone out on the second day but no one ever came and then the pictures were a little deceiving about how updated the outside furniture appeared to be. Our son actually got splinters from the chairs and hurt his foot on the……

“Our stay at the Oyster Cottage was idyllic. Clean with all the basic amenities you need for a peaceful yet fun and wholesome weekend stay. We stayed here with four adults and one toddler (2yo) and it was the perfect size. Spent evenings grilling, eating and playing games on the screened porch, watching gorgeous sunrises each morning and moonrises each night over Oyster Bay.
