“My family of five really enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. Loved the view of the water as well as the ability to access the water and have a nice area to walk around. Love that it was very close to Cape Charles, but not directly in the hustle and bustle. Cottage was very clean And had good sleeping arrangements for our family of five with three teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious and also clean. It was very convenient to have towels and bedsheets provided. We did not use the kitchen……

“Stay was very enjoyable. Close proximity to the beach, but does require crossing a main road. Home was very clean. Two minor inconveniences but did not impact overall trip. One could’ve been user error. Could not get outlets to work in one of the rooms and the second was a light bulb went out in a bathroom which we swapped with another extra bulb in a different room. ”

“Great renovation with open downstairs design and upstairs rain shower was a big hit. Minutes away from beach and downtown!! Will definitely stay again.”

We have been long time tenants of the property and the advancements since our last visit 13 years ago were fantastic. The new porch was fantastic for all our meals and morning coffee and the bay was as beautiful as ever. Highly recommend booking this spot and we will surely be back!”

“We had some difficulty with the lock to enter but the owner walked us through it. We also had some difficulty with the sound on the tv in the living area and got locked out of the one in the bedroom. Otherwise the stay was great and we were well pleased with the property.”
