“4 nights in rm 528 they never left a new toilet paper roll. We had to call for one or get one from a maid in the hall. 2 nights in room 828, the phone by the bed didn’t work at all. We tried to call the front desk several times but no one ever answered. When we checked out we each had to carry things to our car two times because no one answered the phone so we couldn’t get help. Other than that we loved our stay.”

“We have stayed here half dozen times and there is great care in maintaining the grounds but the rooms are looking worn and tired. Pictures may be outdated at this point. Our sofa had a tear in it. The carpet is worn and needing either a deep clean or total replacement. Mold along the baseboards in bathroom. Well equipped room just some general neglect and standard cleaning is not addressing these things. Prices may be escalating and although the property is great the rooms will need some help……

“I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. “We would definitely stay in Bldg 7, unit 102 ABC again! Only problem was that none of the ice makers in the unit worked. Otherwise. The units were as described. I was less than satisfied with the property office. Not accepting US Dollars is unacceptable as it is America's legal tender!! Even the restaurant didnt accept it.
