“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“We had the chance to stay at the River Residence for 2 months. It was our home away from home. Perfect for long stays as well as short ones. The cleanliness, attention to details, professional maintenance, and over all comfort was like no other place we ever stayed. The owner Marco made sure that all our needs were attended to promptly. “Great location. Across street from entrance towards Old Town. Bakery and nice laundromat downstairs a hop away. One 5 min bus ride away from train station. (Rolling suitcases over cobblestones not recommended.) Interior as pictured. TV only has Netflix. Kitchen small but has everything. You will need to buy coffee at the bakery. 1 small fan for each bedroom. Really, the only con I can think of is road noise as the apartme t faces a main road. Great stay and Luka is a great host.”

“The apartment is 10 min walk from the train station. The street below is also the Pilatusplatz bus stop. So it is easy to get to places. It is also 10 min walk from the old town which has lots of shops and restaurants. The place has a "Jason Bourne" movie feel which is very interesting. All in all, it is great place to stay in.”
