“Fabulous spot for a long weekend away from Auckland. The sea view from the main property is amazing, and the pool / games barn a great place for the kids to be entertained. The hosts are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed in the Kohinui (family) cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and heat pumps/AC in every room. The cottages aren't new, but the hosts have done a great job in making sure they feel clean and comfortable. Parua……

“Came for an overnight stay, were settled into our room fast and given internet access for free. The area was quit until the neighbouring property started mulching trees, there were books with lists of restaurants and other conveniences provided and the use of sky tv, coffee tea etc. Everything in the room was neat and well presented, the room was clean. Bed was comfortable and showers water pressure perfect. Only downside to the room was the fridge made running noises throughout the night and……

“This was our first night's stay in NZ after the plane from Singapore. V friendly lady on reception who gave us some milk for tea. We were allocated room 6 which was spotlessly clean but needs, in my opinion, a new mattress. It is too soft. Kitchen is well stocked. ”

“We've stayed in plenty of motels, apartments and hotels in NZ this past month, most arentired or have seen better days. But this spot was clean, felt new and is easily one of our best stays.
