“Had a wonderful stay! Our first time in Scotland and the location gave us options to lots of different places to see and experience. The cottage itself was very nice with multiple amenities and plenty of room. ”

“Lovely property, beds were really comfy, nice and quiet location, garden secured which was great with having dogs. A great couple of nights stay. Only downside was after we left, a member of our party had realised they left behind something they would like returned, got in touch with host who advised they would check with cleaners but sadly host has never been back in touch.”

“Had a lovely weekend staying at Birnie Cottage. Aileen was great at giving information prior to our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome with scones, butter and jam. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out 2 evenings enjoying the sun and the garden. The cottage is in a peaceful location and had the benefit of woods behind it that we could walk our dogs. Although the garden is enclosed it isn't……

“A very comfortable stay in a Shepherds Hut which i could live in ☺️ nice wee kitchenette with shower room and toilet and a very comfortable bed. Emma was very welcoming and showed me took accommodation and told me things i needed ro know. Restaurant on site was very good too! 😃”

“The house was spacious and well appointed. 10 of us weren't falling over each other. Bedrooms large and dining room had chairs for everyone. We all especially liked the garden and patio, plenty of room for games, and the hot tub topped it off. Coupled with good weather and ability to get to Fife and Perthshire, we would highly recommend this property.”

“Very spacious and comfortable house in a lovely, quiet location. The bedrooms are all a generous size, as is the well-equipped kitchen (we managed to prepare a 7-course meal for the 6 of us). It's a short and delightful drive from the house to the heart of the Cairngorms. And don't miss paying a visit to the friendly Persie gin distillery just 5 minutes from the house”

“Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”
