“Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient surroundings were lovely, birds and interesting garden planting, a very restful place yet close to the heart of the city. Only one recommendation would be to add fresh water to a stagnant pond right beside the pool”

“I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere.”

House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”
