“This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljömedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvål och möjlighet att behålla sin handduk mer än en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på bytte ut tvålen och tvättade handdukarna varje dag. Det var också enkelt att sätta upp en skylt för att slippa städningen. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money.”

“The staff were very nice. My room was close to the main gate and road and it was very noisy at night making it difficult to sleep. There weren't any shops or restaurants within walking distance. I will not stay here again due to the noise.”
