“- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. “Työmatka ja samalla tutustuminen ympäristöön sekä upeaan Pakkalan kartanoon. Kylpylä oli kiva ja siisti. Erittäin rentouttava mutta olisi voinut olla ihan pienen hetken kauemmin auki. Päivän toimien venyessä tuli kiire. Klo 20.30 meni pesuhommat kiinni. Samaan aikaan meni sitten myös aulabaari kiinni joten iltapala oli hoidettava toisin kuin paikan päällä. Yleisilme siisti ja hintalaatusuhde oli kohdallaan. Illalla olisi myös kahvi ja konjakki mennyt saunan jälkeen. Sellaista ei olisi ollut……

“取了行李離開禁區後立即向左轉就會看到前往酒店的指示牌。酒店就在客運大樓的地牢，所以十分方便。前台服務員的態度良好。可是，房間的確有點小，可以走動的空間很少。如果有太多行李的話，有可能會有點麻煩。”

“We had a late flight to Helsinki. After taking the shuttle bus, we arrived at the hotel around midnight. Luckily, the check-in was quick, but the rooms were quite a walk from the elevator. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was decent. For some reason, we've been staying at one of these two adjacent Scandic hotels for our business trips to Helsinki instead of staying in the city center. ”

“Un établissement incroyable niché au milieu d'un splendide écrin de nature. Nous avons opté pour une "tente" et tout était absolument parfait. Le personnel est vraiment incroyablement gentil et se montre très attentionné. Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons à coup sur ! ”
