“Wir haben das Hotel sehr gut gefunden und haben uns Zimmer schon früher bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken für 18€ am Tag ist schon sehr happig! Die Sauberkeit ging. Von der Ausstattung hm. Doppelzimmer mit einem Zahnputzbecher, als Getränk ein Tetrapack Wasser ohne Gläser und kein Schrank im Zimmer? Wenn man nur ein Nacht bleibt OK, aber für mehrere Tage ist es zu überlegen.”

For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. “I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”

“The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)”
