“Three Knocks is a lovely cottage. It is tastefully done in a simple cozy way. All your needs are met and everything is so clean. The location is lends itself to plenty of walks thru the nature in Mount Gretna camp meeting. There is one parking space and it is close to First Street for additional parking. The porch is a wonderful place to sit and read nd converse with friends. I enjoyed time catching up on life with a friend. I would recommend a stay here.”

“I stayed at Butterfly Cottage for several weeks during a work assignment in the area. Going back to Mount Gretna every evening was much better than a hotel, and the hosts of Butterfly Cottage thoughtful, communicated well and made sure the cottage was clean and well-appointed. “We had a short stay to extend our week from another rental. It suited our purpose of having a place to put our heads at night. Cottage is well lived in with some repairs needed. Very animal friendly which was a bonus for us traveling with a dog. Most supplies available (no toaster). Shower only. Parking is located at nearby church and house is short walk down a path connected to lot. This is where we unloaded and carried our stuff to and from. In the summer there is more activities available and……

“We were in town for a friend's wedding, and so enjoyed our stay in the apartment! Not only was it a convenient 3-minute drive from the venue, but we were very close to downtown Lancaster and all the weekend festivities. Having our own private entry was a bonus due to our early flight home on check-out day. Catherine was quick to respond to any inquiries and was a gracious host. Would highly recommend this quaint apartment for your next stay!”

“The house had all the conveniences of home. Within walking distance of the Tabernacle, Jigger Shop, Playhouse, tennis courts, the Hideaway & playground. Rails to Trails within 1 mile. The parking spot in back of the house is a bit tight but ok for a smaller car. I would recommend bringing bottled water.”

“Great place to unwind, unplug, and getaway. We had a great weekend fishing and sitting around the fire and in the hot tub at night. So peaceful. The only thing we could hear at night were cows mooing!”

“The house was BEAUTIFUL. It had a well stocked kitchen and comfy living area, two big things for our group. The entire house was decorated beautifully. We wish we had time and appropriate weather to enjoy the porch. This is the perfect little cottage especially if you want a weekend away from city life. It is a short distance away from Blur Marsh Lake which has lots of good trails. ”
