The team checking us in and managing our stay was excellent, informative, and extremely helpful with not only information about the property, but with getting around town, etc. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, and very spacious. “Het was de derde keer dat we hier verbleven. Altijd tevreden geweest. In dit appartement waren het wel slechte matrassen. Mijn rug ging eraan kapot. Voor de rest weer ok zoals altijd. Enige minpunt is dat het daar heel duur is om daar bv iets te drinken of te eten. Maar dat is Zwitserland natuurlijk...”

“Staff were incredibly helpful in arranging a breakfast to go and advising on bus times when we had a train to catch. Lovely room, comfortable, large and nicely furnished and equipped. Dinner in restaurant was great too. Good veggie options. We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer.”
