“Beautiful property in a safe, fantastic location in Modesto. Outdoor area with pool was beautiful. Pool wasn’t heated, so we didn’t actually go in, but we enjoyed sitting outside by it with coffee in the morning. Would recommend staying here. ”

“We had a nice time at the Alpaca house. There were a few things not working properly at the time of our visit which was not ideal, but the house was clean and decorated beautifully and the exterior is very well taken care of. we enjoyed seeing the alpacas outside and I wish we would have had more time to schedule a tour to actually interact with them. Overall a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. ”

“Couldn’t have had a better stay, with gobsmacking views of the countryside, rolling hills and almond orchards. The house was well appointed and we wanted for nothing. The rodeo was great, as you’d expect, and food options and activities were exactly what we needed!”

“Radim is a excellent host, very friendly and showed us all around the home and property. I was traveling with my 2 teens and 22 year old. The house is nicely remodeled and decorated with just about everything you can or will need.
