“The apartment was okay - All except there was no Living Space. Only a Kitchen which was very nice & then a bedroom. Would have liked to not have to go into bedroom to relax after eating.”

I would suggest offering weekly cleaning service for those staying longer than a week or so - floor cleaning, change linens, new towels & restock paper products. Adding a washer & dryer to these units would be a major plus as well. I was a bit put off after realizing that I would have to bring the linens & towels to the laundry mat because no one changing them or cleaning the unit during my long stay unlike at a hotel. Overall I had a wonderful……

“This was the perfect place to stay for the Highwater Music Festival. The property was very clean and nicely appointed with solid basics and small extras like laundry soap and extra pillows. The neighborhood was active and busy with lots of families and dogs. The properties around the house were well cared for and you could tell this was a community.The property was a very good value. Communication with property management was great.”

“I was in town for an event that I decided last minute to attend. This was ideal for short term stay, people walking dogs and pushing baby carriage, a beautiful townhouse.The one thing I would mention, there are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. Definitely NOT a negative but I said to myself you should have brought your backpack luggage.The manager checked in on me I was very pleased ”

“The Back Porch cottage was everything we needed. In the perfect location for walking to Downtown Summerville to visit the Flowertown festival! ”

“Great location as you can walk to local restaurants and shops! It can be a bit noisy at night with restaurants on both sides but the noise usually subsided by 11 pm. The room is located near train tracks and a train did come through 2 nights but it wouldn't stop us from booming again. ”
