“Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area.
The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace.
The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan.
The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area.……

“We stayed on the top floor overlooking Chapel Bridge. The cobble roads make it tricky with a suitcase as do the stairs. You have to come to the back of the building to get in. There is no reception. We took the 1 person elevator each day. They have a free washing machine and clothes dryer and we just had to provide our own detergent. Perfect addition. Also able to cook for ourselves which saved lits of money. Would definitely stay in this room again”

“The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean.
The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay.”

“Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. ”

“There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. ”

“Lucerne is now a favorite city. The unit was large, if basic. We found too few places to keep devices charged. There were no clear departure instructions/requests, so we improvised and treated as we would like our home to be treated by guests. The key hand off was clumsy. "房間沒有暖氣機或空調出風口，遙控，早上高個女櫃台態度不佳，說老舊大樓沒有跟房客保證暖氣多熱，木製窗戶，4度的風跟鐵門對流，睡二個時就發抖醒來，房間沒有電話，需要走五分鐘到另一家飯店，晚上嬌小的女櫃台服務五星級，親自送暖氣機來，可惜50分鐘就插頭過熱斷電，跟白天高個子女櫃台好辯論不理顧客完全不同，床板是小木板釘的，翻身就發出木頭聲，浴缸跟熱水很讚，房間二台沒有什麼風的電扇可能是夏天用的，距離車站10分鐘，但是拖行李在石頭路上可能需要更久，外面的門很難開。"

Nice small hotel in the city
"Small hotel reception only available till 10 pm, but we got warm welcome when check in and the reception lady very nice to introduce the must check points to us. We got upgraded so room is a bit bigger , window can open which very Europe style. Room are tidy and clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast area are clean and service normal Europe style breakfast which is good enough.
Will recommend for a short stay here and only within 5 mins walk to train station "
