“Booked this for the night of full moon party, got to the accomodation, at the check in time,for them to open the book to my name and show me I had a booking to then tell me that the booking doubled in price PLUS it was a 2 night minimum. Then proceeded to tell me they had no rooms left after seeing with my own eyes that my name was in the book. After getting into contact with wotif the hotel then tried to palm me off to another hostel at my own cost. After being persistant I refused to leave……
