“We're in general very happy with the service provided, F&B quality and the activities available in this resort. However, we feel that the in villa swimming pool is really showing its age and needs refurbishing or even replacement, same as the shower room. Other than that, this ten years old property is still in pretty good condition. One thing we didn't expect is that there were a lot of families with small kids in the resort. “The room was beautiful, cosy, very clean and had great views of the ocean and islands. ”

“It is a nice hotel, very friend staff, pretty quite neighbourhood and a perfect place for a escape. We arrived at night, very late and the staff still waiting for us and greet us. The only thing for the hotel may be the breakfast. We stay 6 nights and have 6 same breakfasts. I understand it is a small hotel that could not make buffet but if possible, make more choices for breakfasts. Thanks all staff indeed from Leo's (Chu) family!”

“De passage pour 2 nuits. Le patron nous a offert 2 cocas en arrivant et prêté sont scooter pour la soirée. Très bon accueil. Le personnel ne parle pas super bien l anglais, mais nous non plus, on est arrivé à se comprendre quand même. Bonne literie. Chambre propre. plage juste en face.”

“Séjour de 5 jours dans l’hôtel et nous avons probablement hérité de la plus mauvaise chambre ( au fond du parc et la plus petite) alors que les séjours sont en moyenne beaucoup plus cours. Nous avons été déçus de ce manque de reconnaissance mais peut être l’hôtel préfère t il sur une même période mécontenter ceux qui restent que tous ceux qui passent. Sinon le reste est très bien. ”

“Everything about Laguna Villas meets the highest standard. The room, the food, the staff. The transport arrangements they made for us were flawless as well. The swimming pool is also stunning. We haven’t left yet but we’re already thinking about coming back.”
