“入住整體不錯，員工很友善，入住前跟酒店說了朋友生日，到步時很開心收到祝福，泳池很乾淨，風景很美，只是花灑比較舊及髒，水流量有點弱。 ”

“This is a true gem perfect for those looking for tranquility and relaxation. The hotel and the surrounding nature is very beautiful and the location is great with the ocean just a short walk from it. The staff is extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The only downside was that they closed the gym already at six. The island the the hotel is perfect for those looking for an untouched paradise, it’s nothing like the exploited and busy turist areas and it’s one of those places you unwillingly……

“服務人員很熱情，住宿品質很好，免費接駁車方便，早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨還有水柱，沙發，搖椅，床&枕頭都很舒服。除了硬體設備有一點點小缺點，例如主臥浴室的洗臉盆漏水緩慢，有些碗盤有缺角，早餐的餐蓋有破損，其餘都非常完美，還可以跟櫃台借熨斗。下次再來一定會再入住這裡，附近環境很安靜，像在樹林草叢裡，可以跟旅館租機車外出方便。如果你不想住在奧南觀光客很多的地方，住Alisea pool villas真是非常享受的選擇。”

“唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了”
