“I loved how peaceful it was. The politeness of the hotel cleaning crew. The cleanliness of the room. The Harry Potter experience was amazing, I highly recommend doing it if you're staying there. The Tuscan restaurant food was delicious. ”

“The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access.

“cockroaches found every night in the room, pest control necessary. No electricity in the room at midnight twice in the row, electrician necessary. others are ok. plenty of parking, good.”
“Our room was very different to all those on the photos. The outside of the hotel definitely is a little tired, noticed a few broken windows which made us question the safety of the area. That said, everything was quiet and no issues occurred.”
