“We did not have an amazing experience at Tamara Coorg. We initially felt that the front staff were extremely disengaging, slightly defensive on some of the feedback we were providing them. 1)food was deplorable. We come from a place of having been to other 5 or 7 star places in India and globally. 2) bathroom cleanliness, stains not up to par with 5 star standards. Our customer service point of contact Raziq made it better with constant engagement and trying to fix everything for us. 3) food……

“Quiet retreat atmosphere. But also not located near anything so a bit isolated. You get your own casita with your own patio. Beautiful except for shower/tub which is difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Apart from that perfect. Breakfast is perfectly fine but not amazing as it is in other 5 star hotels.
