“We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend getaway. The upside of this hotel is that the staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. During our stay, we were a big group waiting for a pre-arranged van to come and pick us up to a venue. The pre-arranged van was late, and the hotel immediately arranged transportation for us. However, it is extremely disappointing and to see that a hotel that has such a good potential is now poorly maintained. The door of our room failed to recognise our room……

“The coast side view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and water is so clear. It is a good choice if you want to find a less people place to relax. Massage and spa inside resort is great. Although you got not much restaurant choices nearby hotel, food inside resort is delicious. Definitely will book again if coming back to Phuket again.”

“A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good.”

“Bon rapport qualité-prix. C'est propre. Le lit est confortable. La clim fonctionne bien tout comme la douche. Possibilité de commander de la nourriture mais je n'ai pas testé. Situé tout au nord de Phuket, idéal pour aller à l'aéroport le matin, environ 15 minutes en scooter. Vous avez la plage de l'autre côté de la grande route à environ 15 minutes de marche. Un 7/11 et des restaurants pas très loin non plus.”
