First of all we have to give major gratitude to Soisuda, who we affectionately nicknamed “Auntie” because she always made sure we had everything we needed, cooked amazing breakfasts, and set up one of the most phenomenal tours we have ever been on. “Wonderful 5 day stay at Purana for our honeymoon. The people who staff the resort are so very friendly and helpful. A highlight was the boat trip to Kong Island and also riding around the island in the resort’s Honda scooter with sidecar. ”

“The property offered a clean and safe place to sleep. It is indeed very simple. My room had a pot for steaming water, but no in room coffee or tea. The price was very reasonable, and reflected the no frill option. For me, Id be willing to up the budget next time for more on site ammenities. The Simple represents good value for a no frills stay.”
