“The hotel located on the main street and just a 8-minute-walk distance to the beach makes it very convenient. I love the big pool most as I can do some serious swimming and relax. However, my friends and I got bitten by mosquitoes all the time during our stay. I recommend the hotel to take more preventive measures. Facilities in gym room is not enough as there are only a few dumbbells, yoga mats, running and cycling machines. Besides, I think they should also move the gym to a room with pool……

“Le personnel est fantastique. Les chambres sont vraiment bien arranger. Le seul point important a savoir que ce resort est tres proche du nightmarket et de deux rings de muy thai. Le soir s'est buiyant un peu. A part ca, je recommande. ”

“飯店地點很方便，對面就有全家便利店、機車出租、行程購買，不遠處有7-11便利店，步行至奧南沙灘、奧南大街距離近。早餐種類多，選擇性多，有很多印度咖哩類的料理，惟須要避開用餐人潮，方能享受悠閒的用餐時光。對於飯店住宿品質整體來說，算是非常的不錯。唯獨因部分住宿客人的行為不優，讓此次住宿經驗有點不舒服，該國籍客人在客房外走廊喧鬧嬉戲甚至亂敲我的房門以致干擾到我，晚上12點左右，客房外以及樓上都有大聲喧鬧嬉戲的情形，噪音聲響及腳步震動聲持續甚久擾人清夢。”

“Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids. Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance. My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.”

“Best hotel I've stayed at. From the moment we entered we were looked after. Everything was clean and the rooms are very cool with an Indoor private pool. The breakfast is amazing. Tia welcomed us and her and the other front desk staff were so friendly everytime we entered or exited the property. The breakfast staff was so attentive and kind as well, especially to our children. The kids room was perfect too. Close to main street and as well as a walk or short tuk tuk to beach. Highly recommend……

“The view is incredible. Below the view of stunning ocean and mountains though is a dilapidated circus (maybe old waterpark?) looking area that is fairly out of place. The introduction at the front desk was not the warmest welcome we’ve had in Thailand. Some tables and nightstands had dirt and stains that we were easily able to get some off with a wet tissue so it seems they are not wiped down regularly. Towards the end of the stay ants began to gather around the bathroom sink. We don’t like to……

“We were upgraded to a pool accessed room. A twin beds room equipped with two queen beds making no spare space to place a sofa or a seat. The overall designed is not user friendly. Breakfast was OK. Near the Ao Nang Beach with plenty places to eat.”
