“The room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can choose to have breakfast at your villa without extra fee. I also tried the room service for dinner, their green curry is great! There is a SPA at resort, it cost only $1000b for traditional thai massage for a couple, not to mention the massage is very good. Had a great vacation there. However, the location there is not convenient, the price for booking van from resort could be high. So, i booked a van from man gor……

“十分好的住宿體驗，職員全部很友善，不但服務很好，而且很主動幫助，用APPs 預約酒店服務，叫Room service很方便，餐廳食物質素不錯，和牛餐廳很好吃。雖然周圍沒有購物中心，但乘的士去巴東市集都衹是30分鐘，十分方便。鄰近海灘很大浪，雖然不能游水，但環境也很優美。”

“門鎖不能正常使用，和酒店前台溝通三次之後，酒店前台服務員才跟隨我們去到房間，職員鎖匙咭能夠開啟門口，顧客鎖匙不能夠使用。導致我們花費了1小時才入到房間。 並且不能夠即時安排更換房間，也不能夠即時維修，第二日方才維修。”

“The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.”

“在網上看相片時，以為會很特別，但現實就是感覺住一間很普通的酒店，沒有太大分別。 雖然購買清單寫的是私人泳池，但其實是與不同的旅客共用一層的泳池而已。而酒店的設計都是以懷舊為主，但我覺得不是特別漂亮。”

“渡假村裡有自己的湖泊真的很棒，可以免費遊湖以及玩水上活動（獨木舟、SUP、帆船），還有超長的泳池，泳池活動也很有趣，水上溜滑梯、踩板道、水上排球、水上足球，都很有趣！設施很齊全：）。可以直接通往沙灘也超棒的，還有數量充足的躺椅，很舒適。甚至有免費接駁公車，可以到附近的市集逛逛，非常方便。”

“Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!”
