“Check-in takes forever. Sheets on the pool-side beds are terribly dirty. Room is small and badly designed. Curtain can't be fully closed, always leaks light from the sides. The bed is terribly uncomfortable. If one person slightly moves, the whole bed goes into a freaking earthquake. Room doors doesn't stop noise from outside. Dog barking, stupid motorcycle noises all night. Stinking smell from the sewer beside toilet. USB charger from the phone doesn't work. Pool from the room doesn't……

“The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.”

“The hotel exterior well maintained but inside the villa rooms are dated with heavy wood that look worn. The sofa cushions are flimsy and slant from usage, there are no deck chairs on the balcony which is a shame (just a dining table and 4 seats), the bathroom in the master en-suite is exceptionally small plus the sinks are not well designed as there absolutely no place to put your amenities. Breakfast is decent with small selection. When comparing to other resorts, I found Movenpick not good for……

“Pretty nice and friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean. But the room I have (4107) air conditioning has some problem. It's very coldnand cannot adjust the temperature. You can either turn it on or turn it off. And mosquito is a headache too. We found the Electric mosquito coil under the TV second night. Its much better after we light the mosquito coil. Overall still satisfied this stay. Recommended.”
