"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction following my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected the quality of my experience: 1. Unpleasant Odor: There was a foul smell in the room, resembling sewage, which made it very uncomfortable. 2. Water Leak from the Fridge: The refrigerator leaked water, causing further inconvenience. 3. Flooding Due to Rain: After it rained, my room flooded, damaging my luggage and clothing. 4. Stains on Bedding: The sheets and towels were stained with what appeared to be blood and brownish marks, which was highly unsanitary. 5. Defective Wardrobe: The wardrobes were not functioning properly, and unfortunately, I injured my finger while trying to use them. These issues were extremely disappointing and ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. It was unacceptable for any hotel of this “standing”. "

"The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The hotel pool facilities are great, with a slide that allows children to play. There are many dining options, and I recommend choosing an all-inclusive package. Breakfast can be quite crowded, and the bacon is often unavailable. The scrambled eggs need to be ordered in advance, and the coffee area is also very busy. However, the restaurant service is excellent at other times."
